I have a few cards that I thought I knew about, but I looked at them closer recently and realized they are not exactly the same as the ones I have been comparing them to. First and foremost, I have Japanese cards that I recognize from the Fossil/The Mystery of the Fossils set, but they have no set symbol. Would these have been found in booster packs, or do they have a different origin?
Second, I have a few no rarity symbol Base/Expansion Pack set cards with different body text from identical cards on eBay. Could these be a more rare version of these cards, or is this a well-known occurrence?
Normal Switch (right) for direct comparison, I didn’t have a normal text no symbol card but the body text of that one is the same as what I see from other sources.
Is there any chance these could be test print cards or something similar? Any insight would be very much appreciated!
More no rarity cards, most have different body text from any being sold that I can find right now.
