Japan Post Pokemon Box

I really want to get the complete Japan Post box that was released this year but a lot of vendors i’ve seen don’t include the stamps.
What is the reason for this and does anyone know a way i can get the complete box? I am in the US.

Many have full sets for $200 or so, but you can find the stamps for $75 on eBay if need to buy separately.
