Wow I’m actually quite shocked at the number of people who actually saw Metapod with this “nose” for the past 20 years haha. I can’t say I even once looked at it that way but I can see why some people do.

If metapod was a Nickelodeon character…
I too always associated that lump as “a giant nose”. That’s super crazy! It’s kind of ridiculous though cause why would a cacoon have or need a huge nose haha. I will be going to check out other metapod cards now!
It’s absolutely amazing how these cards have existed so long and alot of us are just realizing stuff about the cards.
Theres a psychological term for when you associate something with another thing cause you’re more familiar with the one thing I think

@surfnsnow I immediately saw the young woman, it took me a little while to see the old woman but now I see it clearly so now when I look at the photo I see both. But the young woman was my first impression.
