I’m a bit conflicted with this one because on 1 hand… Its absolutely amazing that you can’t weigh these packs, becaus theres no holos!! AMAZING!! But I really want the english version to be a holo, but at the same time its still couel as a non holo. So there be 3 THINGS!! TO be considering:

Well yeah I guess the super generic Sugimori stock art backgrounds would be the best candidates to sparkle up.
I just hate how they ignore the context of most background images when they add holo treatments. The BW and XY eras have done better with this, but without a doubt the worst offense is the holo Dark Dugtrio from the original Team Rocket set, which completely ruins the punchline of the artwork because you can barely even tell Dugtrio has burrowed into somebody’s bedroom in the holo version.
Lilipad Mew should’ve been holo.
I like this thread. My vote is with the Base Set Dragonair. Such a beautiful & elegant card, perhaps my favorite non-holo… maybe it’s better that way…
I totally forgot about that card! man I love the art v-v that moon in holo would have been something else
