Hello,

I recently bought a PSA 9 heracroos 1st ed holo card.
I was inspecting it and it looks better than one of my PSA 10s, at least to my… what’s the word for one step below amateur or novice- eye.
I have one other PSA 9 that I really examined closely and it’s much more wear on that card.
Is the kind of card that is possible to cross grade 9.5?
There are two little nicks in the bottom left corner of the card, I tried to take a good photo.
Do those nicks prevent it from getting a 9.5? Which is ‘Pristine’. Pristine stuff shouldn’t have nicks in it right?
But I thought maybe I should ask you guys because you know more.

Save your money and keep the 9 if you can see 2 Knicks your definently not getting a prestine or gem mint grade
This PSA 6 managed to do so: https://instagram.com/p/CDT-vkPFQ4mso your card just might be able to.
In all seriousness, really clean PSA 9s definitely have a chance to cross-grade to a BGS 9.5. You’ll have to do a bit of research yourself, take a look at other BGS cards with certain subgrades, hopefully with good pictures included, so you can get a feel for how BGS grades.
Unfortunately, the pictures you shared are very hard to see. Picture taken without angle/on a black background would be easier.

Those are some horrible pictures sir
Always wondered how anyone could give a certain grade to a card without having it in. There’s holo scratches on the front to look for and whitening and scratches on the back to look for as well.
With those pictures you arely read the serial numbering lol
Depending on how the grader is feeling that day lol
