Is this POP Series 9 booster pack resealed?

Hello E4, this is my first post here (glad to finally join this “fourum”. I have heard many good things about this place).

This loose booster pack arrived to me yesterday and it looks a bit weird (comparing it to a POP Series 8 that I have and looks normal). I’m doubting if the thing that has on the top-middle part is glue (it kinda feels like glue?) or is just a normal factory seal thing.

(I know there’s no valuable card in the POP 9 set, that’s why I just bought it as a collector item, so I don’t wanna rip it)

Ask yourself why someone would want to reseal a Pop Series 9 pack. There is nothing of value in that set and it’s been widely available for many years. I highly doubt that it’s resealed. If you are unhappy with the look of it, I would recommend buying another one. They are ~$25 in 2025.
