It’s not, but I’d also like to add that there’s no such thing as a “UK” print. The original term used was “EU” print, but even that isn’t entirely accurate. The original assumption was that this variant was printed or distributed only in the EU because it closely resembled foreign language copies. They share similar linework and saturation. But this is only an assumption. One that’s far from being correct.
The “EU” label is largely a misnomer that leads people to believe they were printed in the EU or the UK. As far as we’re aware, every English EX Deoxys pack was printed in the US. Including English International packs distrubted outside of North America. You can verify this by looking at the back of the booster packs where it’ll tell you where it was printed. Foreign language packs, like Italian, were made in Belgium.
There may be variants with EX Deoxys Gold Stars, but they have nothing to do with the EU or the UK.
