I was looking through my copies of Base Set Shadowless Charmaders. I noticed what looks yellow line next to the boarder on the right side. Is this an error or am I going crazy?
Lovely old card with an ever so slight print misalignment? Don’t think most people would class it as an error

I think it still falls under the normal production variability. But I agree, nice card.
The reason it happens is because the ink is applied in layers. The border is printed on first, then the CMYK colour layers that make up the card art and background are done separately.
If the border is slightly off register (like in this case) the left side of the card will have some color printed ON the border and there will be a gap on the right side between the colour and the border. The white colour of the cardstock sheet can be seen and makes this line effect
