Is this a PSA error or something more sinister?

Hi guys I’m just looking at this card.

The PSA label has recorded the English set rather than the Japanese set. Does this in anyway make the grade void?

Thanks!

You sure? I checked PSA: www.psacard.com/cert/22385829/

Seemed like it was recorded as Japanese.

I think he meant the set name on the label
Japanese should be Clash of the Blue Sky

The grade wouldnt be void though, recasing should be able to get it corrected

Oh! I thought he meant that in the PSA database it is marked as the English set, which it is not.

Yeah, completely agree with you. This is just a minor label error and recasing it would be fine.

Thanks for all your answers gents. Ever helpful!

It’s pretty common either via PSA error or member input error which doesn’t get caught. You will need approval so call or email PSA customer service (see numbers below) they’ll approve a return and correct the label. I usually wait till I have a half dozen or so like the one below I just got back that were submitted as a “mech error”. CS may have you send it to a specific persons attention. Your expense should only be mailing to them.
