Is the “Glory of Team Rocket” Briefcase going to be made to order?

I can’t speak for Pokemon Center JP but the only time I’ve had to re-do phone verification on other JP sites was if I needed to update personal account information. They did not require verification again when applying to lottos.

45 - 65 USD range makes sense because someone in Japan would have to purchase an entirely new SIM card and working number and go through the effort. I paid around 35 USD for my working JP number as I need it to remain active overseas but I’m sure there are domestic ones you can get for much less.

My best advice is if you are ever traveling to Japan (amazing country to visit btw), look into how to get a JP cell number, activate it and sign up for a Pokemon Center JP account (and any others such as concert ticket platforms) while you’re still in the country.

Also, yes, the briefcase is a product released by PC Japan and comes with a Japanese Booster box of Glory of Team Rocket and accessories. ETBs (Destined Rivals) are not released in Japanese.
