A psa 10 copy can still have a little bit of whitening as long as the surface and centering is really good. I’m pretty sure they vary depending on the era. For example SV era has seen tons of whitening on the corners for SIRs, but more recently PSA has been letting corner whitening through if it isn…

It wouldn’t surprise me if they were weighable. They changed the code cards around the Breakpoint/Breakthrough sets to make the packs basically unweighable
