I’m looking for a 4 pocket binder to hold a play set of 1st base set. That’s 4 of each card and 20 of each basic energy.
508 cards. 63.5 (64) 2x2 sheets front and back. Does any quality product that works with these specifications exist?

I really don’t think there’s a pre-bound option available.
508 cards /4 is 127 cards per quadrant of the binder. Assuming you don’t sleeve any cards, best case it’d be more than 2 1/2” thick.

As you can see those are all nicely flush against each other. If they were in binder pages they may not be so flush.

I don’t think you’ll find a binder like that unless you speak to someone who makes custom binders. However, I cannot recommend Legion’s Dragon Hide binders enough. They have a 4 pocket that can hold up to 160 cards so you could do a Volume 1, Volume 2, Volume 3 etc kind of vibe to them. They come in various colors including, blue, red, green, black, gold, and orange.
