I pulled this recently and it’s my first PSA grade, so quite curious if this is a 10 contender.

Thanks! Anything jumping out that you think pulls it down a touch? For me the centering on the front is a sleight heavy on the right to the left, so not sure if that weighs it down.
Well just eyeballing your photos, the right and bottom border are thicker than the top and left borders it seems
That doesn’t mean PSA won’t give it a 10 though.

@hllo welcome to E4, and congrats on submitting your first card to PSA! I think everyone here agrees that sending a submission to PSA is nothing but exciting (mixed with a little bit of nerves).
This particular Greninja could definitely grade a 10(60%?), but also a 9(30%?), or even an 8(10%?). Youll come to learn the expectations, nuances and imperfections of grading as you continue to submit more cards to any grading service.
Looks like a mint condition card, let us know when you get the results!

At psa 9/10 level, it’s really just a coinflip. Could get a 9, and on a regrade get a 10. Or vice verse.

Yeah this is a card that could get a 10, but may get a 9 depending on how harsh the grader is on the centering.
Word of advice, never send in cards to PSA and expect a 10. Always assume a 9 and be happy if any card’s get 10’s.

If those white spots on the border and above the P are dust then I could see it maybe getting a 10. I don’t really do grading though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Expect the 9, be happy with the 10, and know that there’s a good chance of it since it’s ultra modern and look clean. But never expect the 10

With the sleeve it’s hard to tell what is on the actual card and what isn’t. Overall I would say 9 with 10 potential.
