Hey all! Now that PSA has labels for the double holo error for Neo, what process have people follow to reclassify with the new label? The “Review” and “Reholder” services don’t really mention this case and wondering if anyone here has done this before.

Contact PSA through CRC and they will help you reholder them. It falls under Label Correction. [image]

I’ve sent in several cards under Label Correction and they’ve reholdered it for free.

Just FYI, PSA does not give out that incomplete holo error anymore. I have a Magneton in there getting reholdered hoping for the incomplete label, and they notified me they stopped about eight months ago. [IMG_7768]

They had difficulty in discerning WoTC incomplete holo errors because there is a gradient, and decisions have to be made somewhere along that gradient. Very subjective, so I can see why they would stop it completely.

Leave it to bad actors. I figured they might re-holder with the correct label for certs that were created prior to them recognizing the variant.
