Hey all! Now that PSA has labels for the double holo error for Neo, what process have people follow to reclassify with the new label?
The “Review” and “Reholder” services don’t really mention this case and wondering if anyone here has done this before.

I used to have a PSA 9 1st edition Haunter that qualified as an Incomplete Holo error but it was a 2XX cert, before the error was acknowledged. I sent it in for reholdering and in the notes put that I wanted the label to be updated with the error. It came back with the Incomplete Holo error on the label.
I’ve sent in several cards under Label Correction and they’ve reholdered it for free.
Just FYI, PSA does not give out that incomplete holo error anymore. I have a Magneton in there getting reholdered hoping for the incomplete label, and they notified me they stopped about eight months ago.
They had difficulty in discerning WoTC incomplete holo errors because there is a gradient, and decisions have to be made somewhere along that gradient. Very subjective, so I can see why they would stop it completely.
Leave it to bad actors. I figured they might re-holder with the correct label for certs that were created prior to them recognizing the variant.
