How to correctly create the PSA vault shipping label?

Hello everyone,

I’m a bit nervous about using the PSA Vault for the first time, especially for a valuable card.

From what I understand, you have to ship the card to:
Your Name (Vault ID)
PSA Vault Address

It feels a little weird because it’s basically like I’m shipping it to myself, but I know the Vault ID is how PSA knows it’s mine.

I’m also unsure about what to put in the recipient contact name, email, and phone number fields when creating the UPS shipping label. Do I put PSA’s info, or just my own?

Any guidance would be really appreciated — thank you!

Here’s a picture of the “Create a Shipping” screen with example info, with a red circle highlighting where I’m unsure what to fill.

I’m in Canada and I’m looking for a way to sell a PSA card worth over $1k. Since I don’t have enough sales history on eBay, I can’t sell it there.

Do you know any alternative ways to sell a high-value card without using eBay or the PSA Vault? Or should I just wait for the tariff situation to calm down?

Yeah, I was going to use Slab Sharks, but they don’t offer a Buy It Now option for consigned cards under $10K CAD. I’m a little uncomfortable with auctions, and I’m much more comfortable setting my own price and accepting offers. Thanks everyone for the help—if anyone knows other legit consignors in Canada, please let me know!
