How should a deal be made between 2 new forum users ?

Hey , so i have a card a member was looking for but we are both new users. What is the best way to deal with each other regarding the payment ? Is it safe that i just send him an invoice through paypal and after that ill send the card ? Or should we use a middle man ? I am from the netherlands and he is from the US.

paypal is easiest if you don’t mind the small fees

you only need a middleman if its a trade
