How rare is Mt Fuji Surfing Pikachu?

Hi All! Long time lurker here - finally making my first post & glad to join the community!

Just how rare is the 1997Mt Fuji Surfing Pikachu?

There’s not too much info out there about the 1997 JR Rally, but I recall reading that ~100k were invited for the event.

I may be confusing that stat with the participants from another year.

Would love if anyone could share some insight - one of my favourite Japanese promos! I feel its so underrated

@smpratte is the only person I have really heard talk about this card. I would assume it is pretty rare and 100k seems excessively high for how infrequently I see this card pop up.
