I am currently working on an all language master set of Tyrantrum’s line (which I have resisted doing since the Tyrantrum EX box was released, hindsight is 20/20 lol). Per the official Pokemon card Database the Tyrantrum EX promo card exists in at least German, Portuguese, French, European Spanish and Italian (and Japanese). However I have only ever seen the physical box set or promo card in English and French. Can anyone confirm if that box set did exist in any additional languages or if there was another distribution method for the Tyrantrum EX card? Additionally is it often that the official pokemon database will just hallucinate cards that doesn’t actually exist?

The official database does not document what languages cards exist in. For the database, the Trading Card Game Online and TCG Live, all cards always get translated into all languages independent of them actually physically releasing in them or not. In that era, these collection boxes only being available in English and French is the norm. Since I see exactly zero listings in other languages, it’s pretty safe to say this only exists in Japanese, English and French.

As mentioned by @Ratequaza, the languages mentioned on the official website are usually just translations for the online game, and not in which languages the physical card was actually released. Likewise, the Language sections on Bulbapedia are also just translations taken from the online sources, and not the actual languages sets are released in. I’m not a fan of either of those things, since it always confuses all-language collectors. 
Browsing around a bit on CardMarket, multiple eBay, and Brazilian webshops, I think it’s indeed safe to say the XY70 Tyrantrum EX promo was only available in English and French (in both regular sized and Jumbo sized). And the 133/XY-P is the Japanese promo number.
One correction from Ratequaza’s post: it’s also released in Korean with number 177/XY-P.
So four languages in total.
