like how is it legal to sell those items i dont get it. what if someone just doesnt declare that its a “proxy”. even that word is misleading. its never labeled as fake its always orica, proxy or something else and there is so many of those items floating around on ebay

Call them what they are. Fake

It’s copyright infringement but if it’s not enforced then people get away with it

Pokemon and PSA are not cracking down on “thatpokeguy” making the fake PSA 10 Charizard slabs that look 90% like a real PSA slab, and they have sold for thousands of dollars.

Copywrite law, Pokemon as a company spent time and money designing the cards.

Without the ability to copywrite your designs as company’s like Pokémon wouldn’t exist.

Also how do fake cards help anyone. They are only a bad thing for the hobby.

Sickens me that some people mistake these high quality fakes for real products and get robbed.
