How can I make images smaller?

Hey guys, I wanted to revamp my collection thread and take a little more time to do it the way I intended to from the start. However, my images are so damn big! Is there a way I can shrink these down to like 1/4 the size? Heres an example, lol. Thanks

Edit the BBCode:

Another option if you’re uploading with imgur is to add ‘s’ (small), ‘m’ (medium) or ‘l’ (large) at the end of the image-link to change their resolution (although they might become a bit too small in some cases). For example:

Regular size (with imgur link: i.imgur.com/xCXmqGO.jpg):

‘Large’ size (with imgur link ending with ‘l’: i.imgur.com/xCXmqGOl.jpg):

‘Medium’ size (with imgur link ending with ‘m’: i.imgur.com/xCXmqGOm.jpg):

‘Small’ size (with imgur link ending with ‘s’: i.imgur.com/xCXmqGOs.jpg):

There is also one ending with ‘h’, but I’m not sure what it stands for or what size it becomes (i.imgur.com/xCXmqGOh.jpg). Seems to be just slightly smaller than the full image without a letter:

PS: I just took a random image I had already uploaded on imgur, since your link seems to be broken now.
