Help returning to Buyee after suspension

Long story short, used Buyee for 7+ years, obviously spent quite a fortune there and never had any issue other than maybe a few parcels missing, I took the L and moved on. But earlier this year I got scammed for £1.6k which obviously I was not very happy about :sweat_smile: I paid for inspection + insurance (Purchased a sealed box) the box that arrived was not even sealed and obviously it was full of bulk. I complained to Buyee and tbh I was expecting to get a refund as when they received the item was not even as described, anyway after 1 month sending emails they said that there’s nothing they could do. Opened a PayPal claim and got my money back after sending the box back to Japan, but they banned me.

Every other proxy has crazy fees or no promos at all, so I created a new buyee account and purchased some cheap items to test if my account was flagged or something. I was just looking for some advise as my items are at the warehouse so a bit worried of they banning my account after adding my address etc, also is a good idea to use the same paypal account? Any experience here?

I had a similar experience, and what got my account banned again was linking my PayPal. Using the same address, name, and everything else wasn’t a problem, but the PayPal account seems to be what they track. So if you file a claim next time, make sure to remove your PayPal once everything’s settled.

Right now I have a new account with the same address and email, but a different PayPal, and I’ve never had any issues with it.

So as long as you use a new PayPal account, you should be fine.
