Anyone know what these Pikachu toys are or where to get them. These are my friends and she can’t remember how she got them.

I had these as a kid. The tails were removable. I always used to pretend the sitting pikachu in thundershock stance had psychic powers. I used to put his tail on upside down so it was pointing to the floor, and he would telepathically hover and give Mewtwo a run for his money with shadow balls. It’s amazing how easily I can go back to those days in my head.

Pretty much exactly as @Shadow_Rayquaza said. I had a lot of the ones in those links and ended up with a fair few blasters, heaps of the Poke Ball/Master Balls, and loads of the battle discs.
I also had this one which I didn’t see in either of the links but I could have missed it:
Always thought it was a weird “movie” selection to be honest. Did Growlithe have anything to do with the First Movie? Either way, it was a cool way to get Dragonite and Nidoking. Wish I still had these figures as they are quite collectable these days but, like with most things, they probably got sent to a charity shop or sold on ebay for pennies back when Pokemon merch was worthless in the mid-late 2000s.
