Hey guys,
I would love to grade my latias&latios alto mare japanese promos, I don’t really care about the grade as I just had the cards since I was a kid. Sadly both cards have some black marker stain on the top of the card, is it possible to remove it without PSA rejecting the cards?

Careful what chemicals you use to remove it, water wont do the trick. If it was a fresh marker stain you could use some rubbing alcohol just like how hand sanitizer removes sharpie marks on whiteboards or similar.
I have used heptides before and it worked on stains from me as a kid signing my name on the back of cards with a red pen(didnt fix the indent of writing though haha), but i dont know about marker. If i have a card with marker on it i wouldnt even consider it for grading, but if you are able to remove it and want to encapsulate your childhood card, sure submit it and see what happens.
