+1 to @shinyumbreon . They really outdid themselves during the signature exchange event. I remember them saying they were interning and probably got busy but I really wish them well.
I also miss @Bingbong as a forum member / contributor but more so as a friend. I hope they are doing well and at peace wherever they are.

I’m doing well, thank you I’m still around, I just have other priorities. I still collect as much as I did before, but I’m currently focusing on misprints, and I’ve learned that publishing articles about misprints only creates competition for myself. It’s unfortunate, but it is what it is. In addition to that, a lot of the “mysterious” cards like test prints have been ruined by them being dumped onto the market every other week so my desire to do research in general has been killed recently. Maybe some day I’ll work on more articles, maybe I won’t, we’ll see what the future holds. I’m happy with what I’m doing in life right now so I’ll keep doing that until I get bored of it and move on to something else

I’m not tagging you to give you some peace from all the different notifications but if you anyway happen to read this i’m sorry to hear about your situation stagecoach, you sure were one of the most liked members here so it does sound like another case of great clown Pagliacci, you never know what struggles the other person has. It’s never similar between two people but i’ve also had my own difficulties so i can from my part say that basically all the bottoms are temporary and better days will come. I wish to see a mentally healthy stagecoach here in future but until then take all the time needed and do the actions you can and have energy for that benefit your wellbeing, i hope you will be all right

Though yeah, I have been pretty MIA on the forum but ill kind of throw up a little update here to bring everyone up to speed!
I guess for the most part lately my collecting journey has kind of taken a different turn, which for me has been for the better. Im still very much buying things I love and adding to my plush/cards/merch here and there, however ive made a big choice I guess to now sort of keep a lot of that to myself and not as out in the open as before. It kind of started a little more than a year ago when I began feeling a weird sense of disconnect between my enjoyment and love for pokemon vs what I own, and a lot of it seemingly had to do with my engagement with others. I found that I was moreso in a place where my mind wanted to always share what I own, which then led to me thinking that a lot of people whom engaged with me were only interested in my belongings as opposed to me as a person. This may or may not have been factual, but its just where my head went when thinking about these things. So with that, I kind of wanted to dail things back and rediscover why Im even here and in this to begin with and it started when I discovered a whole array of Japanese based fans on Twitter whom were also big Dedenne fans. I found a whole community of people over in the East whom all love Dedenne just because, and mostly their form of sharing with others was always limited to just sharing pictures of their plush on daily adventures which to me was super refreshing after spending a great amount of time engaging with posts from others that mostly had to do with chasing something like “likes” or “clout” or whatever it may be (at least from my own perspective and observation of course). So with that I kind of gravitatied into getting rid of my mindset of sharing what I have and instead, just sharing daily little adventure pictures via instagram or twitter and keeping my other ventures to myself, or of course limited to chats one on one with friends if they so desired to talk on those kinds of things lol.
But yeah, thats all kind of where ive been lol. Im still pretty active on discord and instagram and twitter, but here im mostly lurking around these days I very much still love Pokemon and the forum for sure, but I find myself with not much to really post on, especially since discord is so much easier to engage with others in lol, but maybe ill try to be a little more active. If anyone would like to follow me though on twitter and instagram please do, and if anyone also would like to just chat here and there personally im also very open to doing so in dms too! I may not be super responsive right away, but ill always make a point to get back to everyone as best as possible haha

Can I ask why so many?
The whole set up is very adorable and I especially like the dedennes in the bag. Glad to hear you are in a space that is more friendly for your specific interests and mindset!
