Here are some pictures of it with all relevant secret santa stuff removed 
This crease/bend runs down the entire length of the card, I’m still absolutely shocked that this card got through with a 10 grade. That entire edge of the card doesn’t even shine the same since it’s angled from the bend (as you can see in the photos below).

More nonsense grading or somone hurt it putting it into the case knowingly or unknowingly.
Yeah it has clearly been crunched in something, sucks to see because it was an otherwise flawless card.

Thank you for the pics! Incredible that the card got a 10; it has in fact some whitening on the left top corner too. What do you think this card could get? A PSA 1 like you said seems too low in my opinion

I didn’t post pics of the top left corner… How would you know that? O.O
As far as an actual grade, I have no idea. I know PSA is harsh with dings (automatic 6 iirc) and this goes along the entire card.

The fact this has noticeable whitening makes it even more incredible that this was graded a 10… Maybe a PSA mishap?

The right corner doesn’t have any whitening, it’s a trick of the light. The left corner actually DOES have a white dot, which is why I was terrified/confused when you said that cause I haven’t posted any pics of it online 
Yeah, I have no clue what happened. Maybe there is a low grade PSA out there that actually deserves a 10…

Probably someone had a bad day receiving a 10 card graded as a 4, I think the same.

Just got a call from PSA and they are finally getting to my card. They confirmed that they damaged the card during grading by pinching it in the case during encapsulation. They evaluated the card and it is going from a PSA 10 to a PSA 4.
They are sending the card back to me raw and refunding me more than I actually bought the card for on eBay. Overall I’m satisfied with the result and I’m happy to have the population report for this card corrected

It’s such a shame that this can happen. These cards are around for 25+ years in some cases, we send them to a company who specialises in making sure their condition remains as they were and they just go “oops I spilled tea over it”. A lot of cards have more than monetary value. If I had a PSA 10 1st zard that they ceased like this I’d sure as hell want more than the difference between a 10 and a 4.
