Hairline scratch Dragon ball super psa grading

Hello everyone, im about to submbit DBS card for grading to PSA.
The is flawless, perfect centering but have this hairline scratch as shown in the link below…
Its only seenable in really bright light.
My main question is if it possiable to get PSA 10 with it?

Based off of my own submissions, I would guess you’re looking at a 9 or even an 8 for this specific card. Best of luck!
