What our peoples thoughts on the gym sets what did they prefer for me it was challenge loved the arcanine

Gym Challenge had more cards I liked when it came out when I was a kid, the only card I really like from Heroes was Erikas Dragonair really beautiful art work.

Gym Challenge no question! Set has some of my favorite Wizards of the Coast holos! You’ve got beauties such as:


My favorite Kanto gym leader is Sabrina, so that’s another reason I lean towards this set.

Heroes had a bunch of disappointing “common rares” like Brock’s Zubat, Misty’s Goldeen, etc. Challenge had most of the epic holos like Blaine’s Charizard & Arcanine, Erika’s Venusaur, Rocket’s Mewtwo & Zapdos, Misty’s Gyarados, Giovanni’s Nidoking, Gyarados & Machamp, etc. I like them both, but it’s clear which one stands out.

Yeah I am going with Gym Challenge because of Charizard! LOL Both sets are nice in their own right but let me tell you, nothing is hotter than a nice Charizard in your life.

Gym challenge has the better holos,
But don’t forget that sweet gym heroes Blaine’s Moltres,
Lovely Scyther, and dragonair!
Sabrina’s Gengar is pretty sweet aswell, i stil wished there was a holo variant of the non-holo rare Gengar.

That moltreses backdrop is so gorgeous!

I like to have them as a 2 piece though so choosing between either is a no no! Both or bust :3

It’s a tie in my book. Holos from both sets are nice. Challenge has better common/uncommons but the heroes gym leaders are better.

gym heroes has Misty and Erika…as well as Jesse’s rocket trap… i’d tap that.

And man…, brock can just bring his nurses… and policechicks along as well, i don’t care.

You guys can go play with blaine, giovanni, and koga in gym challenge.

Nah Jokes! I want to say Challenge however Heroes has that sweet sweet Dragonair! Also like @kkthxbai said, Heroes has more ladays!!! so the parties are better with Heroes!
