Note: The evolution box shows that Wartortle evolves from itself instead of from Squirtle.
Unlimited - 1999-2000 Copyright
Note: The only difference between this card and Unlimited card is the Copyright date.

The Unlimited - 1999-2000 Copyright was only released in UK I believe?

The unlimited edition ©1999-2000 Base Set cards were indeed printed in a factory in the UK, and distributed within the UK, Poland, and some parts of Australia.

I think those cards were distributed to a lot of European countries. They were at least available in Scandinavia too
