There has been a horizontal double swirl shining magikarp. It’s currently a PSA 10.
And yes it was a double holo error- celebi

Gyarados is not a double swirl.
ZandG posted a story and it ruffled feathers with double swirl collectors. This is a “fakeout swirl” as I call it. There’s the 360 style swirl and this fakeout swirl. I want to know if it’s a foil difference depending on the print run, but I don’t know if we’ll ever get info on that. That’s just me speculating.
This reminds me….
Here is my double swirl Shining Gyarados, regular copy. The swirl is in front of the mouth and the other one is to the right of the character. I know of one more that is a double holo variant.
