Glaceon and leafeon chinese sealed promo's?

Hi! i recently bought these two sealed Chinese promo’s;
glaceon 129/S-P and leafeon 128/S-P.
I kinda randomly bought them when i saw them on ebay, i havent seen them before so i was curious.

Can someone tell me a bit more about them? Are there more (sealed) eevelutions promo’s? Are they “valuable” and/or rare? (not that that really matters, i think its cool to have some chinese promo’s anyways)

These are preorder promos for the purchase of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond or Pokémon Shining Pearl in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Like the 001/SV-P Pikachu for Scarlet & Violet, preorder promos are generally quite abundant
