Ghost stamp error Pika

Traveling for work and checked out an LCS, asked if they had vintage singles and they said not much and pointed me towards literally one vintage card… I know these are rare but was never expecting to find one in solid shape sitting alone in a display.

Seems like I should send it in to authenticate and preserve it, though im 99% sure it a legit ghost stamp error. Going to PC it so dont care about the value, would PSA be a better choice over CGC since they started authenticating the error a few years ago?

So did the shop know what they had or priced it at regular shadowless value?

Nothing in the shop was priced actively so I just asked what they were asking for it before exclaiming my excitment, but they knew what it was. Think we worked out a fair deal, but wasnt the easiest for me to find comps.

Thanks! Seriously I was stunned. They said they pulled it out of some bulk that somebody had brought by, and that seems even more unlikely
