Many years ago I worked REALLY hard on this collection. Trying to catch the different holo patterns etc was a real bear. There was never a set list or anything so you couldn’t tell if you completed it and what you were missing.

God I loved these stickers as a kid. Going to the little dispenser with my two quarters, wondering what cool card sticker I would be getting to add on to my binder cover… Could almost say it was like the poor kids booster pack going to one of these bad boys. Couldn’t always convince mom to buy me some packs, but she sure as heck would throw me a few quarters for one of these everytime lol.

The problem is, these aren’t cards. They’re stickers with peelaway backs. Plus, totally different size. Much smaller than cards. And finally, they sold them in vending type machines at malls across the west coast and maybe beyond.

Fake cards on slightly smaller sticker back = perfectly fine

Pokemon TCG started after I finished high school. But if these were in my kids school today I’d be buying them every morning. My daughter used to sneak back to the sticker machines after I dropped her off at school. I stayed back one day because I noticed missing coins and I see her peek her head from the hallway and circle back to the machines.
Nice little side business if you ask me.
