Fossil Holo Aerodactyl Anomoly?

Hi guys,

I pulled a holo Aerodactyl from an unlimited Fossil pack yesterday. Upon immediate inspection, I noticed several dark blue splotches around the yellow bordering on only the front of the card. The splotches are not uniform, just kinda random. Has anyone ever come across something like this? The back of the card is clean.

Yes my shining magikarp from neo rev has the same things on the border. I have no idea of what causes them tho.

My guess would be factory ink stains
