Can anyone tell me what is up with these “holo”-looking Unlimited Fossil packs? The cards inside are authentic, but the wrapper just seems odd. If anyone has any information on these, please let me know!

Looks to me like low ink density from the factory. Definitely a defect but I don’t know how it would effect value (probably negatively, I suppose).
