So I’ve been keeping my base set cards in a binder but I’ve noticed something the other day. The foil cards have been protruding from inside the pockets of the binder and have a curvature to them now. Granted I kept the binder in a closet that was probably a little too warm for the cards. Is there any way to flatten them out again?

To avoid any kind of warping in the future, you should look into double sleeving your cards. KMC super series sleeves + KMC perfect fit sleeves are what I use. The humidity in the air causes the cards to warp over time, double sleeving creates an air tight seal thus preventing that from happening.
Eliminate the demon binders and put the sleeved cards in card savers.
