Here is a list of all censored Pokémon TCG artworks. The No Rarity Jynx is indeed the first one that released, although wasn’t banned in Japan itself, only in its international releases.
The only two cards that later received a different artwork in Japan as well, were the Koga’s Ninja Trick (released in a later print run of the same Japanese set) and Moo-Moo Milk (released with the international artwork in the Pokémon VS set).
