FedEx invoice delays

Has anyone experienced 1. huge, over a month delays in communication with FedEx and 2. significant/long term ramifications from FedEx invoice payment-reminders as a customer?

In the last few months, all my FedEx invoices have been delayed significantly, to the point where today, I received an invoice dated Jan. 14th, together with the payment reminder dated Feb. 2nd for the invoice I never got in the first place. Wasn’t the first time that happened. Since the payment was due a week ago, a “final warning” wil be on the way already, who knows when that arrives.

I just wanna be sure I don’t have to actively explain the situation to customer service or whatever, since I’m likely not the only one this is happening to and their service is automated. Since they don’t recognize any delays in their letters though, I do worry the system thinks it’s my fault.

Weird, same happened to me today. I got a letter about an invoice that was 19 days late, although I never received the first one?

Must be some weird things going on with FedEx Germany.

I never worry about it – I just pay it when I receive it and then move on.

I literally received two fedex invoices today, exactly 14 days after they were initially printed (3rd Feb) telling me I´m way overdue with payments. I had this happen several times over the years already, it´s no big deal. Just pay and you will not hear anything again. Their structure of invoices is so complicated I don´t even get it after several years of dealing with them as they never attach any invoice to the initial package that they´re delivering.

Yes, it’s infuriating. To make matters worse I have one not attributed to my FedEx account (received in the mail) that they expect me to mail in a check for rather than pay online. Of course since it’s not attached to my account, I have no way of tracking if that check ever gets recieved. Customer service was no help.
