Unlimited L1 Cyndaquil. Probably one of the rarest unlimited cards in existence along with the other starters, and no one really knows the details of their release.

So cool! What is the speculation around the release? 
Few theories are:
A small toys r us release where there was 1/15 chance to get a L1 pack.
A shareholder/executive meeting.

But that wouldn’t explain why the only unlimited L1 cards we see are the gen 2 starters and LEGEND cards. I have yet to see a single other unlimited L1 card, including any Reverse Holos.
An event or meeting sounds more plausible.

My favourite unlimited card is Tangela from Pokémon web. I think I actually love all unlimited cards from the Web series but I picked Tangela because of the cool artwork which was used in the Gameboy card game.
