What would be the market price for a PSA 10 Fan Club Eevee in today’s market?

I just bought a PSA 9 for 1650, which after tax is 1783. It’s not a readily available card, so price is what someone is willing to pay, but I would say around 5000+. There are NO sold listings on eBay for a PSA 10 and the only PSA 9 is listed as 4k or best offer. There is one for sale, but the ask is 10k or best offer, which I think is quite a lot.
My guess is 5000 or more based on lack of availability and price of a PSA 9. Only way to truly know is for there to be an auction, but who knows when that will happen.
