Bought a “heavily played” lot off eBay and this was in it.

I’m no expert on Japanese shinings, but as a idiotic child I used to rip foil cards like that and stick them onto things. I still have a reverse expedition feralogator I ripped the front off but then glued it back with a glue stick :joy:

I’d say it’s real

I’d say real, I have seen some cards that were exposed to moisture do something similar. That said I did not see them do it to that extent.
