Fake cards? Any help :D?

Hello everyone! I have some cards to share with you all today but not in the typical flexing or showing off manner; instead, I would like some input in knowing whether or not some of these cards are fake! My sister bought these for my birthday from some shop on some app that lets people sell things and I’m not too worried about it because I had a lot of fun opening them, but I’d like to let her know just in case.
https://imgur.com/a/MA1B1S6. This has all of the pictures of the cards but I will also post some here

In this picture, the top and bottom card have sort of a more purple tint than the english card I know for a fact is real, I’m not sure if this is just because they are non-en cards or if they are fake.

I was a little more suspicious of this one, but I’m still not entirely sure because this card does come up on sites that I believe to be trustworthy.

The Imgur link I provided has all of the hits I got from the pack and I tried to show as much detail as possible. I’m not to knowledgable about pokemon cards, so sorry if this is a dumb post, thanks!

Hello,

It looks like you have a mixture of Chinese and Korean cards. I’m no expert on these but from the cards and packs you’ve posted I think they’re real.

The card you posted here is a Mega Latias EX 079/063 Secret Rare from the Korean set Mega Symphonia.

Sometimes the ink saturation will vary slightly, especially if it’s product in different languages compared to each other.

Maybe someone with more experience with Chinese/Korean could help you further.

Thanks for sharing and happy birthday.

English quality sucks
Japan and other Asian languages are superior
No one is faking Korean cards of the newest set

Korean cards have a slightly different back than English. Sometimes it can come off as fake, but it looks fine to me

Correct; I have a ton of Korean cards and I can see how they come off as feeling a bit “cheaper” or “faker” than English cards, but they’re 100% real. The backs look a bit different too.

Unlike Japanese and Chinese, these Korean cards almost appear to be fake from how bad they feel on touch. The first time I held one I was shocked, and it still shocks me when every couple of months I open some Korean packs. They’re real, though.

Korean cards are also way cheaper than EN/JP, you can buy any new set for basically 30€/$30 for the box of 30 packs. I don’t think they’re the target of fakes, unless you look into very niche releases (1st Edition Base and such).

I have the understanding the Netherlands is printing pokemon cards as well. They are likely printing all the foreign stuff.

Id check the boosters if you have them

I actually have a bunch of Korean ARS and SAR’s so I can definitely confirm that they’re real. Korean print control is pretty good but sometimes there are inking problems. Often times their texture is more out there than usual but the cards you showed clearly fit the guidelines.

They are printing cards as well, yes. But not all foreign ones, currently it’s split like this:

Japan: Japanese, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, Indonesian
South Korea: Korean
Brazil: Portuguese
United States: English, German, Latin American Spanish
The Netherlands: English, German, French, Italian, European Spanish
Belgium: German, French, Italian, European Spanish
Hungary: German, French, Italian, European Spanish (Hungary hasn’t shown up in the Mega era yet, so might not print cards anymore, that’s why I’m waiting until Ascended Heroes until I update the map I made again)

I wonder if they are still using different ink

With only four different printers, they shouldn’t be too hard to differentiate
