Expensive decklists that actually work

Since I used to play the TCG a lot and occasionally still do (on TCGone), I thought it would be fun to try and come up with some deck lists that try to include as many expensive cards as possible but still make some sense game-wise and follow the basic rules of deck building. Here is my first attempt:

3 Charmander (Base Set 1st Edition)

1 Charmander (Best Photo Contest)

2 Charmeleon (Web)

4 Charizard (Base Set 1st Edition)

4 Kangaskhan (Trophy)

2 Magikarp (University Promo)

2 Exeggutor (Bilingual, non-glossy)

2 Eevee (Fan Club Promo)

2 Porygon (Fan Club Promo)

3 Lugia (Neo Genesis 1st Edition)

1 Shining Charizard (Neo Destiny 1st edition)

1 Rayquaza Gold Star

1 Pokémon Breeder (Base Set 1st Edition)

2 Pokémon Breeder (Legendary Collection Reverse Holo)

4 TV Reporter (Ex Dragon Reverse Holo)

3 Computer Error (Japanese Promo, non-glossy)

2 Super Energy Retrieval (Neo Genesis 1st Edition)

7 Lightning Energy (Emerald)

7 Water Energy (Emerald)

7 Fire Energy (Emerald)

Looking forward to seing more ideas!
