I placed an order on the 10th and my order status is still “processing”
Is anyone else facing that? I have been reading people even received their orders in 2 days! I’m not really sure what the hold is for my order. Anyone in the same boat?

Same here and I’m not sure why either.
Same here. I heard they ran out of the pikachu card promos and were restocking them. Not sure how reliable that report was.
FFS. If I don’t get my god damn pikachu even after placing the order so early there’ll be hell to pay. 
Haha for real though. I’d be very disappointed if I missed the boat for the promo. But it was added to my cart and was there at checkout, so I have to trust it’ll be there.
Just a thought but maybe the delayed processing is due to the sudden unprecedented demand

Ohh for sure. I have it in my order as well. So they better send it. I shudder to think what happens if they process the order and send me the plush I ordered without the card with a sorry card saying stocks didn’t last. Then it’s an entire return process all the way to the US which I don’t wanna do
I also ordered on the 10th and it is still in processing. I just went to both the USA and Canadian site, and they still automatically add the promo card to your cart, so fingers crossed.

I was reconciling my credit card earlier today and saw that my order was still processing after several days and was confused for a moment; glad to hear that it’s the same for others as well. As long as I get it eventually, I’ll be happy. 
I’m glad mine haven’t shipped hopefully the 2nd wave has some better centering the few I’ve seen so far have been off
I just got an email saying my order was finally shipped; looks like the second wave of promos are good to go now!

Promo is not showing in carts on Canada site currently as of 8pm est
