Interesting find Izy, I was comparing and you are right, for some reason they are only exclusively holo in the Japanese version of the set.

There are also a lot of ex-series cards that are holos in Japanese, but are just rares or even uncommons in English. Dark Weezing from Team Rocket Returns is a good example - it’s a rareholo in Japanese, but only a regular uncommon in English
