Who was the guy who did it himself on a newer box. Maybe he could show photos with the light hitting the box. It could be that they are old boxes so the wrap gets dirty which leave the marks even after it is rubbed off

You mean me? From what I saw on the new boxes, it washed off so easily with the right solvent. No matter the age, I am sure this would have worked very easily. The breakpoint box that I did, was easily done with no way to detect any issues with it. No hint of logos, no damage to the wrap or anything.

judging by the guys photos it still left the WOTC Logo on it even after it was removed.

So I do believe on the older boxes it is still there because of old age of dust staying on it and removing those WOTC logo just shows the light damage or any dust or dirt damage to the box which makes the logo stay even after doing the rubbing alcohol

He mentioned most were completely gone.
