Error Vs Misprint cards

I’ve been going over my 151 collection and noticed white dots on some of the cards. At first I thought it was some dust or dirt but after trying to clean it I released it’s actually part of the card.

Would these be considered errors or misprint cards? Also has anyone else seen this kind kind of artifact left on any other 151 or Pokémon cards in general?

Yes, they’re minor errors/misprints. It happens in every set pretty often.
