Hello all, this is my general wantlist for more elusive cards, final needs to complete my Global Torchic Master Set, and difficult cards from the other Hoenn starters.
I’m in the U.S. but I have some very generous forum members on here and friends that would be willing to middleman things from either France, Italy, Hong Kong, Korea, Germany, Singapore, Australia, or the UK.
Italian EX League Promos
These cards have been an absolute nightmare to track down.
First, I am missing the Torchic 008, the last Torchic missing for my global master set. From talking to several Italian collectors, this is about a $25 card that just never shows up as it is a non-holo league card with low demand and low population. Willing to pay $500 for it in LP+.
Next, we have the nightmare of the WINNER (VINCITORE in Italian) stamped cards. I’ve made a separate post looking for info about these to no avail.
I am looking to buy (as well as learn ANY distribution info about) Italian Combusken. I purchased Italian Grovyle for $150 and Italian Marshtomp for $275, so I feel offering $500 for Combusken is more than reasonable.
Europop Starter Promos
I eventually want to get the entire set of these. I still need Mudkip and Treecko in French. My offer is 1500 for Mudkip and 1200 euros for Treecko.
WB Treecko/Mudkip
Looking for these to finish the starter set. Looking for MP+ copies to keep price down: around $800 each.
German/Italian EX/DP Era PRERELEASE
These are some ridiculously obscure cards. I’m offering 200 euros each for these. The Mothim I am searching for is STAFF, I am not sure if it exists in Italian but it 100% does in German.
Portuguese Gold Star Treecko/Mudkip
Looking for MP condition cards. Offering $1200 for Treecko, $1500 for Mudkip.
Korean ADV
I need the Mudkip deck, Pikachu Promo, and eight holos/ex from the set.
Offering $1300 for Mudkip deck and Pikachu, and $70/regular holo, $150/ex holo.
Korean Promos
I’ve found the Torchic, Treecko, and Mudkip promos from the Manaphy Movie. I want to finish the set, so I’m looking for this Manaphy. Willing to pay $50.
Chinese EX Era
I want to eventually finish all Chinese EX Era cards. Missing all the Poképark (ouch) and some of the holos/ex cards/stars from legend maker.
Numbers on the Poképark cards are all over the place. I’ll leave an open offer for $500 each, show me some evidence of sales if you want higher prices!
For the legend maker cards, I’ll offer $75 for the Flygon and $800 each for the gold stars.
EX Era Jumbos
Looking to finish off my set of EX era jumbos. For English, I need jumbo Oran Berry and Multi Energy. Offering $200 in LP+ for each.
Russian Hoenn Starters
I want to finish the Hoenn Starters in Russian. I’ve already gotten most of them, just some stragglers left.
For the Torchic line, I’m only missing Blaziken Primal Clash holo and reverse. Not sure what is a reasonable offer, so I’ll just leave it at $50 each, open for negotiation.
For the Mudkip line, I’m missing Swampert Primal Clash 35 and 36 reverse holos and the Swampert promo.
For the Treecko line, I’m just missing the Sceptile promo.
Korean Hoenn Starters
Here’s what I’m missing for a Korean Hoenn starter master set other than the aforementioned ADV Mudkip line:
Missing the Switch SM6b and Grovyle SM7b Mirrors.
Offering $20 for each. The Switch is the last of the 131 switch cards I need.
Missing both Sceptile hits out of XY7. Offering $50 each.
Generic images below:
Spanish Hoenn Starters
I’m missing more than these four, but these four are the biggest headaches. For some reason, every copy of these Blaziken in Spanish is either fake, quadruple the price of any other language, or PSA 10. Not seeing any sell either. Offering $30 each for the rainbows and $300 for the alt art. Final alt art I need to complete the set. Additionally, I’m missing the Unseen Forces RH Energy Switch. I’ll add an image here when I find one, but I’m offering $50 for it.
TFG
Trying to finish the Hoenn starter set of these. Missing Swap Spots in French ($150), Long Throw in German ($150), French ($150), and Italian ($50)
Creatures Deck
Looking for these three creatures deck cards with Torchic line cameos: 2009 Lightning Energy and 2004 charmeleon. Offering $1000, and $1700.
Non-English POP Series
Looking for Sceptile POP 4 in English. Willing to pay $250.
Also looking for Swampert POP 1 in French, willing to pay $200 for a MP copy.
Captain Pikachu Jumbo
Treecko Cameo. Offering $200 for a LP+ copy.
Others
I’m happy to look at any Hoenn starter cards that I still need (see spreadsheet on profile) but they are, for the most part, lower priority.
Thanks!
I wish you the best of luck in your hunt!
