Can you tell if a simplified chinese pokemon card is real or fake using the ink test like on english print cards?
On the left is an example from a sealed Simplified Case, the right is from a Shrouded Fable Case.

Japanese doesn’t have the inner black layer and Chinese is the same print quality as Japanese. I would infer that you cannot use the ink test for simplified Chinese.
Simplified Chinese has an embossed “Pokemon” stamp in the bottom corner of all cards with foil (reverse holos, holos, v/ex cards, etc). If a card has foil and doesn’t have the stamp, it’s fake.
Notably, non-foils don’t have this stamp.
These are pretty hard to photograph since they’re physically embossed in the card, but this should give you an idea.
Thank you.
