Uncommon EX Emerald cards have apparently two different codes instead of one, @tonysandlin . 
At least, they do for German, French, Italian and Portuguese. Still looking for the Battle Frontier trainer card with the second code in English, though…

Two for the regular. They are the same code as the Reverse Holo, though… Got the French, Italian and Portuguese incoming, but here is a scan of the the German ones that I already have in my possession:
Ignore the EX Power Keeper cards, but the codes of the EX Emeralds are:
- Reverse Holo: 2SC-NZB-IJA
- Non-holo 1: 2SC-NZB-1E1
- Non-holo 2: 2SC-NZB-IJA
